1922 A Sixpence - Obv. A reasonably well struck head strike for this issue.
There is an edge flaw in the metal - resulting in a crack at 11 o'clock *
* The picture of the edge flaw is from the 1921 sixpence which I have used
because is very similar to the edge crack on the 1922 coin. It is extremely
difficult to get the coin to stand upright for the tiny crack to be scanned !!!
Due to the 0.500 silver - poor metal mixes and flaws were common.
Rev. Lion is reasonably well struck for issue.
Otherwise the coin is pleasant. Bright EF+
