We have 2 x 1853 half sovereigns. One with a large date and one with a smaller date.
These two varieties are know and recorded and priced in proof condition but this variety is not listed for the currency coin.
The Large date variety is Fine +/Fine
The smaller date variety is Fine.
The Proof Large date is considered scarcer than the small date.
Which is the scarcer of the two varieties !?
