Same width as type A

6 6 are 3.5 teeth apart

I have noted two different type fonts of 66s that have been used. There could be others.

1st type the 6s are large & more rounded - I list these as type A but there are width & position variations.

Type A - Large 6s & holes - close numerals. 6 6 are 3.5 teeth apart

Type Ab - Large 6s & holes - 6s wider apart. 6 6 are 4 teeth apart

Type Ac - Large 6s & holes - 6s wider apart. 6 6 are 3.5 teeth apart

Type Ad - Large 6s & holes - 2nd 6 higher (as per Die No. 11)

2nd type the 6s are smaller & more oval - I list as type B.

I have noted this type for Dies 42, 43, 45 - the border teeth are virtually non existent.

Only Die 58 had any border teeth. The highest die number recorded for this date is 59.
