Some idiot has tried to clean this banknote and did not realise that the ink would BLEED !
This is the result ! - So the lesson is DO NOT CLEAN banknotes.
Obv. Part of the printing remains ! The No. is visible N/56 93640. Traces of creases, etc.
Rev. Slightly dirty - traces of creases
Ex-cleaned and pressed. Grade: ??? The paper is probably EF?/VF+
