1736 Halfpenny: Obv. The E of REX is weakly struck with very slight metal flaw between E & X, at the base. The top of the hair has also been weakly struck. Rev. The date is slightly weakly struck - the 3 has no down stroke. There is a solid single exergue line with a 2/3 line below that passes through the top bar of the 3. This is a better than normal strike for this coin that always appears weakly struck. The coin is EF or possibly slightly better as it appears to have very little wear - with a pleasant sheen.
