The leg of an R is struck below the T of ET. (Unlisted variety)..
Date: Extremely weakly struck at right side of date that in fact the 95 or 96
of the date is not visible. Due to the obv. with 1st bust and shield & Harp 1
it has to be either 95 or 96.
A difficult coin to date and therefore to grade - if a date were clear than the coin would be FAIR !
