1898 Crown Edge: LXI Obv. 2 Rev. D Considered to be unknown in Davies's 'Silver' Book.
However, due to the research of a couple of collectors it appears that for LXI with 2 + D
does seem to be the die pairing that regularly turns up.
So far, no one seems to have had or seem an example of LXI with 2 + E !?
Therefore I think that we can assume that 2 + E is the rarer pairing - if it exists.
