1839 Quarter Farthing - Obv. A couple of very slight pin-head size indents. Overall the coin is quite
dark but that is due to the metal mix. Otherwise VF+
Quarter farthings in just about any grade are scarce - as they were so small they got easily lost
and due to their very low value if dropped they might not have been picked up. Their general use
was in Ceylon but due to Victoria's head and denomination are list as part of the British series.
