The field is prooflike - and the rim is slightly THICKER (wider)
than the normal currency coins.
Grade: Dark toned EF/EF+
Not listed by Davies as he list the proofs only exist with 8 + C.
I have noted 6 other examples on other dealers list with pictures
and they are all with 9 + C !?
Did Davies mis-identify ?!
