The NCE has been repaired and double struck but the first E - forgotten !
Very unusual variety - Rare.
Date: Is type is not quite a flat top nor is it a pointed top ! - the back of the top is just very slightly raised.
The 0 is oval.
Grade: Obv. is VF-VF+. The Rev. is VF+-EF?
